What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If you need a different time, ask us — we will help whenever the calendar allows.
How do we get into the residence?
Both residences have self check-in with an electronic keypad lock. We send you your personal access details before arrival, so you can arrive at any time after 15:00 without waiting for keys.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 7 nights.
How far is the beach?
About 50 metres — a one-minute walk. Nikiti beach has easy, flat access, ideal for families and strollers, and the village’s tavernas, cafés and shops are all within walking distance.
How many guests can stay?
The T1 Luxury Villa sleeps up to 8 guests and the A8 Luxury Loft up to 6 guests, in 3 bedrooms each.
Is there a pool?
Yes. The residences share the complex’s outdoor pool, which is open all year round until 23:00. The complex also has a BBQ area with pergola and a children’s playground.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, bed linen and bath towels are included. Beach towels are available on request for an extra charge.
Is cleaning included during the stay?
The residence is cleaned before your arrival. Extra cleaning during your stay can be arranged on request for an additional charge.
Are you suitable for families with babies?
Yes. A baby cot and a high chair are available — just let us know when you book. There is also a playground within the complex.
Is there Wi-Fi, air conditioning and parking?
Yes: fast Starlink internet with free Wi-Fi (the network details are in the residence), air conditioning and free parking are all included.
Can we cook?
Each residence has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and there is a BBQ area for outdoor dinners.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, pets are not allowed in the residences.
Are parties allowed?
No. Parties and events are not allowed, out of respect for our neighbours and other guests in the complex.
How far is Thessaloniki airport?
Thessaloniki airport (SKG) is about 95 km away, roughly 1 hour 20 minutes by car. We recommend renting a car to explore Halkidiki.
Why book direct?
Booking direct means no platform service fees, so the price we quote is the price you pay. You also deal with us personally from the first message to check-out.
How does booking work?
Choose your dates on the residence page and send your request. We check every request personally and reply, normally within 24 hours, with availability, the total price and the payment details. Your booking is confirmed once we confirm it in writing.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer to the account we send with your confirmation, or on arrival in cash or another agreed method.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations at least 30 days before check-in, 50% charge between 21 and 30 days, and 100% charge within 20 days of check-in. See the booking policy for the full terms.
