1. Booking Process

Bookings for Villa Rafarko can be made via the booking form on rafarko.gr, by phone or by email.

Submitting a booking request does not constitute automatic confirmation of the booking. We will follow up to verify availability and reach mutual agreement. A booking is considered confirmed only upon our explicit written confirmation.

2. Minimum Stay

The minimum stay at Villa Rafarko is 7 (seven) nights. Bookings of a shorter duration cannot be accommodated unless otherwise agreed upon in a special arrangement.

3. Payment Methods

Payment can be made in one of the following ways:

No deposit is required to confirm a booking, unless otherwise agreed during our communication.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Full Refund

Applies when the booking is cancelled at least 30 days before the check-in date. In this case, the full amount is refunded, less any bank or postal charges already incurred.

4.2 50% Cancellation Fee

Applies when the booking is cancelled between 21 and 30 days before the check-in date. In this case, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount is charged.

4.3 100% Cancellation Fee

Applies when the booking is cancelled within 20 days of the check-in date. In this case, no refund is issued.

Important notice: No deposit amount is refundable under any circumstances.

5. Early Departures

In the event of an early departure, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining rental period will be charged, in accordance with Greek Law 1652/86 (Government Gazette 167A).

6. Booking Modifications

Requests to modify a booking (change of dates, number of guests, etc.) are considered upon request and are only valid once confirmed in writing by us. Any modifications are subject to availability.

7. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are arranged upon booking confirmation. Please contact us in advance in the event of a delay.
